Microsoft Excel Project - Customer Personality Analysis (TH)
The goal of this project's business data analysis is to turn purchasing and customer data into useful insights that support wise business choices. Age group, gender, purchase amount, frequency, and involvement in marketing campaigns are just a few of the important dimensions of customer behavior that are covered by the dataset used in this analysis. Additionally, it contains information on product categories, seasonal and frequency patterns of purchases, and how customers react to special offers. In-depth analysis of 2,240 data entries produced insights that can improve business decision-making and provide a basis for creating strategies that are genuinely customer-centric. In order to enhance customer experience, maximize marketing efficacy, and foster long-term company growth, the analysis focuses on revealing hidden patterns in customer behavior.
